Illustrations - Food

Food is more than fuel, in my world. It is texture and color and aroma. It is a trip to a bustling farmers’ market, then a perusal of my cookbook collection. It allows me to pour my love of cooking into the preparation of food for my family and friends.

As you can tell, I feel rather passionate about food. I love in equal measure the simple piquancy of picnics and the complicated decadence of fine chocolates. I am so devoted to the comfort of holiday cookies that I throw an annual party in their honor!
